The participants will have unique opportunities to experience Polish culture, taste traditional cuisine, and explore a very special exhibition. All activities are planned to allow our Guests to explore the best that Łódź has to offer.



Galicja is a unique restaurant located in the heart of Łódź’s famous Manufaktura district. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Central and Eastern Europe, it offers authentic Polish cuisine in a warm, atmospheric interior. Book&Cook is a creative culinary and event studio located in the heart of Łódź, designed for people who enjoy good food, inspiring meetings and unique experiences. Combining a modern kitchen space with a warm and stylish atmosphere, Book&Cook hosts cooking workshops, private dinners, team-building events and culinary experiences for both locals and international guests. It’s a place where people come together to cook, taste, learn and share memorable moments in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Finally, the last venue we can disclose that will provide a great experience for the incoming BIP participants, is Black World exhibition.
