APPLICATION PROCEDURE - ERASMUS STUDIES:
- First, check if your University has an Inter-institutional Agreement (IIA) with AHE. You can find this information on the website or ask your International/ Erasmus Coordinator.
- After being selected to participate in the Programme by your sending University, you will be nominated by your University to study at AHE.
- Within next weeks you should expect an email with details regarding current application procedure (please note that due to digitalization of Erasmus programme, there may be some updates and ongoing improvements).
Documents required during the process:
-> Nomination from your home University (sent via email by your University)
-> Student Application Form - AVAILABLE ONLINE IN SEPTEMBER 2021 (you will be asked to attatch English language Certificate/ other confirmation of at least B1 level (eg.OLS test, University confirmation) and student card photo
-> Online Learning Agreement for studies (please use https://learning-agreement.eu/ to fill in your OLA or refer to your sending University procedures), only if impossible please use traditional Learning Agreement form (download)
Please note that you need to have insurance coverage for the whole mobility period. You may be asked to provide your insurance data.
Erasmus+ students should submit the documents to the Erasmus+ Coordinator on the email address: erasmus@ahe.lodz.pl
We only issue Acceptance/ Admission Letters on the request of aplicant or sending institution. Otherwise only the email confirmation is sent.
Deadlines for winter semester:
Nominations by sending University should be submitted before May 30th
Documents should be provided by the student before June 15th (please note that in face of digitalization of the Programme, currently we will require only OLA/LA until this deadline)
Deadlines for spring semester:
The nominations by sending University should be submitted for the spring semester before December 14th
The documents should be provided by the student
before December 30th
Students who have finished their Erasmus+ period in AHE receive the following documents:
Transcript of Records
Confirmation Letter (if required)
